STUDIO REALM pieces are listed as ready to ship unless specified. Check the product listing or contact us for clarification for production times, as made to order items will only be sent when ready. Additional details can be found on our information page.
Items which are ready to ship and in stock will be dispatched to delivery services between 1-3 working days.
DELIVERY SERVICES
Orders within the UK are sent via both Royal Mail Special Delivery and Royal Mail Tracked 48. Special Delivery - Guaranteed by 1pm next working day is recommended if you order jewellery or spend over £50, as this is the most safe service which fully covers the items. Tracked 48 - Delivery arrival estimate is 2-3 working days. This service is used on lower priced items. Unlike Special Delivery this is not a signed for service.
Orders placed Internationally are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Tracked & Signed. Worldwide Arrival aims: 6-7 working days.
Shipping to EU/NI is unfortunately not currently possible due to the new GPSR requirements, we hope to figure out a resolution for this when possible.
If your country is not listed at checkout please contact us as we will be able to make arrangements.
International customers are responsible for any / all duties and taxes. Charges will be dependent upon your country, please check how much import tax you will be charged and keep this in mind if you place an order.
Please contact us within 3 weeks if your package hasn’t arrived or there's been no attempted delivery so this can be investigated. We cannot replace orders where you have missed your delivery where the re-delivery has not been organised. Once the courier has made the delivery it is the customers responsibility. Items cannot be replaced in circumstance of loss. We cannot be held responsible for any incorrect address you have entered.
RETURNS
If there is any reason you are unhappy with your items, we offer a refund or exchange within 28 days of the date of purchase, excluding custom / made to order items and also earrings due to hygiene laws, these cannot be returned.
Ordering the correct ring size is the responsibility of the customer. If you are unsure on your size, ring sizers are easily available to buy online or contact us regarding accurate ways to measure.
All returned items must be in the same resalable condition including the original packaging or we reserve the right to refuse a refund. Once items are received in the condition required, we will issue the refund. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the items return back to us, Please use Royal Mail Special Delivery to assure this is safely covered.
We cannot offer refunds for delivery costs, only with the exception that we are at fault, and the item is confirmed to be returned as faulty from production. We will not cover any return/exchange postage costs or customs fees and charges, these must be paid for by the customer and will be recovered from the value of the refund.
